In this particular project, the customer had the door panels warrantied and needed the PVC corners replaced. So, here we removed the old panels, reset the frame, and installed the new panels. On the outside we replaced the corners, added a light block, added an outlet block, and installed custom stealth trim around the door. On the inside, we installed custom molding.
This project looks like a simple window replacement but in actuality the new windows are 12” longer. Also, the customer just wanted simple, so we left the lineal casing off and shingled right up to the window. On the inside, we used wide colonial casing around the window, routed a custom window sill, and added the drop bottom flair.
In this project, we replaced 15 rotten wood columns with 15 new fiberglass columns, rebuilt both stairs and replaced the deck trim boards and lattice with new PVC products. To simplify the project, the home owner dropped the rails where possible. Unfortunately, the side stair needed rails as per code.
On the main house, we made a custom screen panel with animal screening to replace the existing screen panel. The rot around the bottom was removed and replaced. On the pool house, this custom cedar door had rot around the bottom of the door. We removed the door, replaced the outer trim with red oak, added a pressure treated kicker and then reinstalled the door. While the door was off, we painted the bottom!
